The matrix organization does have an advantage when traffic with many professionals in one program setting. One team leader is over the program with many professionals doing their work in a team effort. My opinion is this type of structure would be a disadvantage to the domestic abuse program because it would not benefit the client.



I believe this type of structure would work better in a medical setting, and not a program to help clients in a domestic abuse program.
The collegial model is a structure that specializes in upper limit freedom and flexibility. This type of structure does have its advantages in meliorate employee relations and allowing freedom of individuality. This type of structure would work sanitary in a large law firm or doctors office. I do not feel this type of structure would be good for a domestic abuse program because working as a team for one optimistic goal is the most important thing. The clients need a team to help provide the services they need and to help rehabilitate them.
